The bodies of slain Zimbabwean mother Nothabo Zandile Tshuma and her two daughters, Natalie and Nala, are expected to arrive in Bulawayo on Sunday ahead of their burial at Luveve Cemetery on Tuesday, 4 August 2026.
The family confirmed the funeral arrangements in a statement, saying the three “beautiful souls” would be received at Bulawayo Airport on Sunday afternoon before being taken to Nyaradzo Funeral Services.
A church service will be held on Tuesday morning at Lobengula Brethren in Christ Church, after which Nothabo and her two daughters will be laid to rest together at Luveve Cemetery.
The family said the past few weeks had been an “unbearably painful journey” and expressed gratitude to relatives, friends, workmates, church members and the wider Bulawayo community for standing with them during the difficult period.
“Your prayers, messages, visits and support have carried us through our darkest moments,” the family said.
The family said further details on the funeral programme would be communicated in due course.
The family has described Nothabo, Natalie and Nala as “beautiful souls”, as relatives and friends prepare to bid farewell to the three victims.
“May the beautiful souls of Nothabo, Natalie and Nala rest in eternal peace,” the family said.
