Top hip-hop artist Mukudzei Chitsama, popularly known as Holy Ten, has been remanded to August 27 as investigations continue into allegations that he raped a 14-year-old girl.
The matter was brought before the courts, where the musician’s case was postponed to allow police to complete their investigations. Prosecutors allege that the offence involves a minor, making it a serious criminal matter under Zimbabwean law.
Prosecutors are waiting for a forensic examination report and documents that prove the age of the girl.
